It all begins with the kind of conversations we have. We are driven by getting to know each other instead of only imparting project-specific technical knowledge. Understanding each other's aspirations and challenges, and finding common ground has helped us implement outreach programs in urban areas, rural areas, indigenous communities and even in border areas where neighbouring communities at times do not speak each other’s language but do need to work cohesively for conservation.
